We offer a qualitative range of Shaft Mount Gearboxes that are fabricated as per the international quality standards and provide extremely easy installation and removal method for speed reduction by mounting directly onto the driven shaft. Including scientific and large range of the gear units features carburized gear teeth with optimal gear geometry that allow maximum loading and highest efficiency torque output, for higher rating capacity in the most compact design. However, the metallic double lip seals design in such a way that prevents the external dust particles to enter inside. Abreast, a soft core is also installed in the gearbox to protect from any external shock.

Generally, these speed reducers are constructed in 10 different sizes i.e. from A to S with three different ratios those are 5:1, 13:1, 20:1. However, this specification could be modified and extend up to 70:1 on the special demand of customers. The drives for hydraulic motors mounts with/without are also available on customers’ request. The important features are:

Shaft Mounted gearbox is very flexible.
Its design facilitates the gearbox to hang directly by attaching with the shaft without any separate base frame.
There is minimal maintenance cost.
Easy mounting. Requires no couplings.

Shaft mount gearboxes have very diverse use in material handling equipment and it is also widely used in other industries such as cement, textile, sugar mills, coal, steel and engineering, printing machinery, drugs and pharmaceutical plants etc.
